Joseph Bassil: Biography

oseph began his career when he was young; he worked as a photojournalist for couple of years. And then with a passionate spirit for fashion he worked with Elie saab the international Lebanese designer where he gathered all the elements of fashion, art and creativity. traveled to all capitals of fashion such as Can festival, Paris, London, Rome festival de mode. He photographed artists, actors and celebrities all over the world.

His work has been published in international magazines such as 'hello magazine','Callizioni magazin','Book magazine',' Paris Match' and many other Arab magazines and newspapers. His picture was on the cover on all the international magazines when the actress hell burry took the Oscar 2003.

Joseph then decided to work as a free lancer so as to expand his passion in covering all the aspects and activities of life.
He has traveled and worked extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East and he is based in Dubai .

Whether it’s a one-on-one session, capturing the special moments of daily life or covering an assignment for a major publishing assignment, Joseph’s experience and personalized attention combine to meet and usually exceed the client’s expectations.

Being a professional photographer for more than 13 years, he worked in fields as diverse as portraits, fashion, architecture, interior design, weddings, Land scape, sport, advertising, and media.

Throughout his career as a professional photographer; he has focused on capturing the beauty of people and what they do, no matter who they are.

Even when there is nothing to capture, he can build a picture and bring life to it by having a creative mind, right position and expert lighting gathered and placed together to tell the story of this moment.
